Terms of service

The service

MyTradingSite provides website software, hosting, bot tooling and commission tracking. We are not a broker and we do not hold trader funds — all trading happens on Deriv, under Deriv's own terms, between Deriv and the trader.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
• One person or business may hold multiple sites.

Fees

Fees are described in the platform fee agreement, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not make false or misleading claims to traders (for example guaranteed profits or fake results).
• Do not impersonate Deriv or any other company, or use trademarks you don't have rights to.
• Follow Deriv's third-party app and affiliate rules and the laws of the countries you market to.
• Do not upload malicious bot files or content.

We may suspend sites that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of your brand assets and custom bots. You give us permission to host and display them as part of your site.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep sites online but can't guarantee uninterrupted service, or that Deriv's API will always be available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 3 months. We are not responsible for trading losses.

Ending

You can pause or delete your site at any time. Fees on Commission already earned remain payable, and managed balances above the minimum can still be withdrawn.
